Time & Material 4-Hour Response Maintenance: Custom Rate/Month

  • Offered anywhere in the US and to English speaking customers worldwide. The Abacus commitment level is remote phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a four hour remote phone support response. Resolution is best efforts only. Remote and onsite time is billable at stated Abacus hourly rate in increments of 30 minutes minimum with material being sold at standard market pricing.
  • Includes: Four hour remote phone support, 24/7 contact via portal, 1-800 phone or email

Time & Material Best Efforts Response Maintenance: No Commitment/Month

  • Offered anywhere in the US and to English speaking customers worldwide. The Abacus commitment level is remote phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a remote best efforts response and resolution. Remote and onsite time is billable at stated Abacus hourly rate in increments of 30 minutes minimum with material being sold at standard market pricing.
  • Includes: Best efforts remote phone support, 24/7 contact via portal, 1-800 phone or email
