  • Includes: on-site maintenance kit*, hardware problem monitoring/reporting tool*, 4hr on-site response, 24/7 contact via 1800 phone or email, consultation and asset review.
  • Hardware parts not readily available in maintenance kit will be shipped for next business day delivery at no additional charge.
  • This package includes our service quality guarantee: If we are unable to repair your equipment eectively or within a reasonable amount of time, the original manufacturer will be called to your site at no additional expense.

Abacus Self Service Support

  • Offered anywhere in the US and to English speaking customers worldwide. The Abacus commitment level is remote phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a remote response in 4 hours. Self Service Support has the customer acting as our on-site support - with our certified engineers as the technical o-site resource. This is a unique knowledge sharing opportunity.
